Because rton delivers fully operational digital business solutions, specific rules apply regarding deployment, delivery timelines, and refunds.

1. Digital Delivery Timeline

  • Digital Services: Our frameworks and custom solutions are purely digital services. No physical products are shipped, meaning there are no shipping fees or physical delivery delays.

  • The 5-Day Window: We guarantee your operational storefront will be live within 5 business days after receiving all finalized content, texts, and assets from your side.

  • Completion: Delivery is officially deemed complete once the staging environment is approved or deployed live to your designated domain.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Refund Exclusions: Due to the custom, pre-engineered digital nature of our deliverables, we cannot offer standard refunds or “cooling-off” periods once configuration and deployment work has officially started.

  • Milestone Guarantee: If rton fails to deliver your baseline operational framework within the agreed timeline due to our own technical negligence, a full refund of the deployment fee will be issued immediately.

  • Post-Launch Support: Once the website is live, all sales are final. Any adjustments, maintenance, or additional updates requested outside the initial package scope will be handled under a separate agreement or standard hourly rate.
