Welcome to rton. By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms protect both parties and ensure a clear, friction-free business collaboration.

1. Scope of Service & Pricing

rton delivers fully operational business solutions based on our fixed conversion framework.

  • Pricing: Our rates are flexible depending on project depth. Business & Creative solutions start from approx. €500 (All-in), and E-commerce frameworks start from approx. €650 to €750 (All-in).

  • No Infinite Customization: Our framework is delivered as engineered by rton. Additional layout changes, color tweaks, or custom coding outside the standard package structure are explicitly excluded unless separate, written consulting fees are agreed upon.

2. Client Delays & Content Deadlines (The 5-Day Guarantee)

We promise to launch your solution within 5 business days, but this clock only starts when we have everything.

  • Content Lock: The 5-day delivery window strictly begins on the working day after the client has provided all finalized texts, high-resolution assets, images, and credentials required for setup.

  • Project Stagnation: If a project is delayed for more than 14 consecutive days due to the client’s failure to provide content or feedback, rton reserves the right to archive the project. Reactivating an archived project will carry a mandatory overhead fee of €150.

3. Revisions & Acceptance

  • Fixed Framework Limits: Because we deliver an optimized, pre-engineered high-end storefront, standard packages include a maximum of one (1) round of minor text or content adjustments prior to launch.

  • Final Acceptance: Once the site is deployed on the final environment or 48 hours have passed after we deliver the staging link without written notice, the project is officially deemed accepted and completed. Post-launch changes are billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Third-Party Services & Hosting

  • Hosting Included: If your package includes 1 year of hosting, this applies strictly to our standard server configurations.

  • External Service Failure: rton is not responsible or liable for any downtime, software changes, API breaks, or terms of service updates caused by third-party providers (such as WooCommerce core updates, payment gateways, or hosting servers).

5. Limitation of Liability

  • No Revenue Guarantees: While our storefronts are engineered to optimize conversion, rton provides no guarantees regarding specific sales volumes, traffic numbers, or business revenue.

  • Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rton’s total liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of this agreement shall never exceed the total amount actually paid by the client to rton for the specific service.

6. Intellectual Property & Software Usage Restrictions

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the copyright to the specific content, copy, and brand assets displayed on their storefront. rton retains full, exclusive ownership of all underlying code structures, themes (including Sage/Acorn configurations), automation scripts, proprietary workflows, and the custom rton plugin.

  • The rton Plugin & Features: Your solution includes access to the proprietary rton plugin, which contains our unique storefront models, integrated order bumps, conversion features, and any future software updates or tools produced by rton.

  • Strict Prohibitions: This software is licensed, not sold, exclusively for use on your specific deployed website. Under no circumstances is the client permitted to:

    • Sell, lease, sub-license, rent, or distribute the rton plugin or its standalone features to third parties.

    • Mass-produce, replicate, copy, or create derivative works of the rton framework and plugin for deployment on other unauthorized domains.

    • Reverse-engineer or dismantle any part of the proprietary rton software.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved mutually will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
